Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At Cameo Salon & Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for both guests and stylists, we have a deposit policy in place.
Deposits are required in the following situations:
- New Guests: We require a 50% deposit to book your first appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your final service cost. If booking online, we require a credit card to schedule your appointment and will reach out to you to confirm your appointment and process your deposit at that time.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
- Longer Appointments: For appointments exceeding 3 hours, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Understanding Deposits & Cancellations:
- Existing Guest First-Time Courtesy: We offer a one-time grace period for cancellations made within 24 hours to guests that have been to our salon previously. Your first cancellation within this timeframe will be waived.
- Repeat Last Minute Cancellations, No Show or More than 15 Minutes Late: After the first courtesy cancellation within 24 hours or your appointment, a 50% deposit will be required for future appointments. This deposit will be given to your service provider to compensate for their lost opportunity if you miss your appointment.
Making Changes to Your Appointment:
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment by calling or logging into your online account to modify your appointment.

Product & Service Guarantee
- Professional hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Skin care products, including makeup, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please consult with our skincare specialists to ensure you receive the best products for your needs.
- Please inform your service provider if you are currently taking any medications, as some may alter the effects of chemical services or skin treatments. Certain services may require a signed release form before they can be performed.

- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit, and Personal Checks.
- At Cameo, our team works together—feel free to receive services from the provider of your choice.
- For the comfort of all guests, please bring children only if they have an appointment.
- To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, please silence all cell phones.
