Since its establishment in 1998, Cameo Salon & Spa has been a pillar of the Lutz community, built on a foundation of artistry, professionalism, and care.
In 2006, Lori and Olav Malm took the helm, continuing the salon's tradition of excellence. As a licensed cosmetologist, Lori’s passion extended beyond her own craft; she was deeply committed to mentoring and growing other stylists. Together, she and Olav cultivated the supportive and professional salon culture our clients love today—one dedicated to team growth, exceptional service, and staying current with the latest trends in hair, skin, and nails.
Now, in a new chapter for our salon, we are proud to continue this legacy of internal growth. In 2025, ownership transitioned seamlessly to Michael Gold. This moment is the culmination of the very culture Lori and Olav fostered, as Michael has been a core member of the Cameo family for 19 years, first as a lead stylist and then as a shareholder for 10 years.
Michael is deeply committed to carrying the torch forward, preserving the welcoming atmosphere and high standards that define Cameo. While Lori has passed on ownership, we are delighted that she remains a cherished part of our team, continuing to serve her loyal clients as a Master Stylist.
