What Should I Wear?

Wear what is comfortable. Open-toed sandals and loose pants are recommended if you are experiencing a pedicure service. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and leave valuables at home.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow you time to change an adjust to the spa environment.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24 hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.

What if I am running late?

Depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Can you explain your services?

Our support staff is very knowledgeable about each of our services. They will assist you with selecting the perfect treatment for your desired experience or result.

What if I have a medical condition?

Please notify our support staff when reserving your appointment if you have high blood pressure, allergies or other physical ailments or if you are pregnant or have any disabilities. If you have having waxing, please let us know if you are taking any antibiotics. You will also be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment of skin care or massage services.

Can I request a male or female massage therapist?

Yes, of course. Whether you choose a therapist of the same or opposite gender, the utmost respect for your modesty is a hallmark of our spa services. While body treatments require you to remove all of your clothing, careful draping procedures are observed at all times.

How do I prepare for a pedicure?

We recommend that you not shave before any of our exfoliating services, which may irritate freshly shaven skin. All other spa services will not be affected whether you shave or not. We do recommend men shave prior to their facial.

Can I bring my kids?

For the comfort of all our guests and the enjoyment of your experience, children are not permitted in our spa, unless they have an appointment.

Should I bring my cell phone?

In order to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we request that you turn off your cell phone and or/page prior to visiting our spa.

How do I pay?

Payment is made at the end of your visit at the checkout desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash as a form of payment. Personal checks must contain an in-state address. If a Cameo Salon and Spa Gift Card is your form of payment, we request that you bring your gift card with you and present it to the cashier upon checkout.

Is there anything special I need to know to make an appointment for a bridal party?

Because of the special care and time we reserve for our brides and bridal parties, a 50% deposit of all services will be required for each person. Deposits will be applied the day of service. If you wish to cancel, a 48 hour notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit.
